Dear Customers and Partners,
Mec Precision, serves a large number of manufacturing companies across Canada and like everyone else, in these critical times, the health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners remains our priority.
We are closely following the evolution of the situation and unless otherwise advised, please note that for the moment our operations are not affected.
An internal policy has been put in place with great rigour in order to avoid any contamination of people both internally and externally.

Excessive hygiene measures have been implemented in all departments of the company;

Our shipping and receiving department disinfects all incoming and outgoing packages;

We will limit visits to our customers and suppliers for a certain period of time;
We are doing everything possible to continue to serve you well and limit your production stoppages.
So far, we have enough staff to process your requests within a reasonable time.
However, we cannot give any guarantee from our suppliers in case we are waiting for parts to repair your engines.
Our customer service department will try to answer your questions promptly and keep you informed of delivery times in case the situation changes drastically.
