How long does it take to receive a repair quote?
Usually, between 1 to 5 days. It depends on the duration of the analysis of the spindle.
What is the process to repair a spindle?
1. Fill the repair form on our website.
2. Send the spindle to our factory.
3. Accept the Quote and repair will follow.

How long does it take to repair a spindle?
In general, the delay to repair a spindle is 10 days. However, it can take until 6 to 8 weeks because of the availability of the parts and the damages found on the spindle.
Does MEC PRECISION has a spindle exchange program?
Yes, we have the most popular models in stock. Contact us to find if we have the one you need.
Following the repairs, how will the spindle be returned?
The spindle will be returned with your or our PP&C transport. Unless our technician can install it for you.
What is the purpose of the repair form?
The form collected all the information about your product, so it helps us to start the repair process.
When you need to repair two spindles, do you need to fill a form for each one?
Yes, you need to fill out a form for each spindle.

FOB : Freight on board meaning freight from the supplier to our facility.
Are assessment fees applied for the repair?
Yes, fees apply when the product can be repaired, but you decided not to proceed with the repair.
Do MEC PRECISION repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, 1-year on parts and labor at our factory.
Does the warranty apply if the repaired spindle has not been in operation for more than one year?
Yes, but under some conditions. Before the repairs, we need to be informed that the spindle will not run for the specified period. Also, the installation must be done by one of our technicians.
Does MEC PRECISION repair pool or spa motors?
Our main activities are centralized on fixing spindles for the CNC machine industry. However, you can contact your local equipment supplier.
