Our repair process
Identification and preleminary testing of the aggregate/angle head
When we receive the product, we do a complete analysis in order to make sure that all mechanical components are working or not. We then dissasemble the product completely to the last bolt and measure each part according to the manufacturer's specifications using high-end equipement and temperature controlled room.
Exposure of the aggregate/angle head problem and detailed quote
Once testing, measuring and complete assessment are done, a detailed quote with pictures showing all damaged parts, repair solutions and delays will be sent to the customer. Once approved, the magic will start!
Repair process
The repairs made on the product may change depending the problems that were identified. This includes; in-house machining or grinding of spacers, bearing housing, bearing support, taper grind and more. Also we replace OEM bearings seals and o-rings.
Final testing and quality control
At last, we assembly the product and ajust the gears according to manufacturer'specifications. After, we run it on one of our test benches for hours at full speed making sure all features are working well. It will be like if it was installed on a CNC machine.
