Our repair process
Preliminary testing
At arrival, a complete analysis is performed to identify mechanical problems. Multiple tests are proceeded such as the run-out and analysis of the major parts functionality.

Dissasembly and diagnostic
Once tested, the aggregate is completely disassembled. Furthermore, parts are cleaned and inspected to see if they are damaged.

Dimensional measuring and quote
Measuring of all precision components performed in out metrology room. This process ensures parts reach the manufacturer' specifications. Following, a detailed quote showing damaged components, repair solutions, price and lead time will be sent to customer.

Repairs and assembly
Several solutions can be proceeded on the aggregate including parts machining, grinding and replacing. Especially bearings, seals, o-rings and rotary union, etc.

Final Testing
The aggregate is tested on one of our test benches up to full speed making sure temperatures, vibration, and all features are working correctly.

Quality Control
All aggregate must pass a final quality control inspection where all funtionalities and systems are analyzed. At last, the aggregate is well packed and shipped at the customer place.
