Our repair process
Identification and preleminary testing of the servomotor
When we receive the servomotor, we do a complete analysis in order to identify the technical problems. We then dissasemble the product and measure each part in our metrology room by using high-end equipement. Components that are not following the manufacturer'specifications, are automatically machined.
Exposure of the servomotor problem and detailed quote
Once testing, measuring and assessment are done, a detailed quote with pictures showing all damaged parts, repair solutions and delays will be sent to the customer. As soon as it's aprproved, the magic will start!
Repair process
The repairs made on the servomotor may change depending the problems that were identified. This can includes in-house machining or grinding of spacers, bearing housing, bearing support, taper grind and more. Also, we replace OEM bearings, seals, o-rings, encoder and rotary union. If it is needed we wind the stator and we proceed dynamic balancing.
Final testing and quality control
At last, we assembly the servomotor and run it on one of our test benches for hours at full speed making sure all features are working well. It will be like if it was installed on a CNC machine. After, we test the encoder and resoler. All information related to repairs and tests will be included in the control quality report.

During the preleminary testing, each servomotor is analyzed meticulously. Our technicians are proceeding various tests on it to detect possible problems.
