Our repair process
Dissasembly and diagnostics
At arrival, the vacuum pump is completely disassembled. Furthermore, parts are cleaned and inspected to see if they are damaged.

Dimensional Measuring and Electrical testing
Measuring of all precision components performed in our metrology room along with stator and electrical components testing. When evaluation is completed, a detailed quote showing damaged components, repair solutions, prices and lead time will be sent to customer.

Repairs / Assembly
Several solutions can be apply including machining of parts, dynamic balancing and winding. As well as replacing damaged components with new OEM parts such as bearings, vanes, filters and rotary unions. Finally, the vacuum pump is assembled.

Final Testing
The vaccum pump is tested on one of our test benches up to full speed making sure temperatures, vibration, and all features are working correctly.

Quality Control
All vacuum pump must pass a final quality control inspection before proceeding to shipping.

Analysis of the vacuum pump condition
During the preliminary testing, each vacuum pump is analyzed meticulously. Our technicians are executing various tests on it to detect possible problems. Doing that helps us to understand better your vacuum pump condition and to propose you the best solution.
