We repair and install the majority of marble spindles of the CNC industry. Each one goes into a controlled and rigourous process of verification, rebuild and testing. Our technicians always ensure all components and tolerances respect the OEM standards. Every repair comes with a 1 year 24/7 warranty.
All our techicians are trained and certified to repair and install marble spindles.

Our repair process
Preliminary testing
At arrival, a complete analysis is performed to identify mechanical and electrical problems. The main tests proceeded are pull force, taper run out, sensors state and test bar.
01
Dissasembly and diagnostics
Once tested, the spindle is completely disassembled. Furthermore, parts are cleaned and inspected to see if they are damaged.
02
Dimensional Measuring and Electrical testing
Measuring of all precision components performed in our metrology room along with stator and electrical components testing. When evaluation is completed, a detailed quote showing damaged components, repair solutions, and lead time will be sent to customer.
03
Repairs / Assembly
In-house machining, grinding, taper grinding is performed if needed, before assembly can begin. New replacement parts to OEM specs are used: bearings, seals, o-rings, encoder, and rotary union, etc. Rewinding of stator if needed and dynamic balancing of rotating assembly.
04
Final Testing
The spindle is tested on one of our test benches up to full speed making sure temperatures, vibration, and all features are working correctly.
05
Quality Control
All spindles must pass a final quality control inspection before proceeding to shipping.
06
Analysis of the spindle condition
During the preliminary testing, each spindle is analyzed meticulously. Our technicians are executing various tests on it to detect possible problems. Doing that helps us to understand better your spindle condition and to propose you the best solution.
What we test
• Verification of run-out with calibrated test bar at 30 mm and 300 mm. • Verification of the taper surface contact (CAT, BT, HSK, CAPTO). • Verification of the temperature at maximum speed. • Analysis of the bearings condition. • Analysis of the vibration level in mm/sec. • Verification of the spindle lubrification and cooling system. • Testing of the retention force (Kn) of the draw-bar system. • Complete winding system analysis. • Verification of status for all sensors.
Since 1970, we have specialized in the repair of high speed electric motors, spindles, servo motors and AC / DC motors. Our team of experts is our greatest asset and we try to do everything possible to make them successful in all areas of life.
